I'm probably late to the party here but.... Don't take this the wrong way but your frustration is all operator error. It sounds/looks like you have an older model M2 so there's no way you should be using the quick start software. You're trying to use software on a machine it wasn't designed for so t...

The Red circle is where you set the temp. and the blue circle is where you would extrude 100mm of filament once the temp is anywhere above 170.

I can't help you with the specs but I've had the Noctura's in all 3 of my power supplies and I've never had an issue.... well I have to assume they are running because they sure can't be heard.

The SD card is in the Raspberry Pi. (I assume they are using Pi's) The Pi is housed in the smaller box on the base of the printer. Could be the filament.... try a different roll and see if that fixes the problem. Or if that's the only roll of PETG you have if it stops extruding a again measure the filament where it stop extruding and see if it's in spec. I've had a similar experience with ABS once and couldn't figure it out.......

Under the "Tools" tab Set Board to (Arduino/Genuino Mega or Mega 2560) Set Processor to (Atmega2560 (Mega 2560) Set Port to...
