The Red circle is where you set the temp. and the blue circle is where you would extrude 100mm of filament once the temp is anywhere above 170.

I can't help you with the specs but I've had the Noctura's in all 3 of my power supplies and I've never had an issue.... well I have to assume they are running because they sure can't be heard.

I'm no expert but I think if you plug it into the other port you just need to tell your slicer to use tool 2 instead of tool 1 from now on. I wouldn't think you need to rewrite the firmware.

So the whole blow torch method I’ve never tried kinda confused about. Do I just heat the shit out of it and call it good with the blow torch? The SD card is in the Raspberry Pi. (I assume they are using Pi's) The Pi is housed in the smaller box on the base of the printer. Could be the filament.... try a different roll and see if that fixes the problem. Or if that's the only roll of PETG you have if it stops extruding a again measure the filament where it stop extruding and see if it's in spec. I've had a similar experience with ABS once and couldn't figure it out.......
