Hi everyone,
I am currently looking to do a small batch run of eyewear and have been doing my research regarding what kind of manufacturing to use. Does any one know of reputable silicon mold makers in the industry or any good places to find them?

Manufacturing Uses for 3D Printers
Hey All, I am working on an eventual kickstarter campaign and was investigating manufacturing options. I have developed 3D printed eye-wear frames, but I cannot figure out what kind of manufacturing options would be good for the campaign. SLA I heard has some issues with with exposure to light and t...

Re: How long can you keep filament
I've got 2 year old filament, still works great. MG PLA is still holding up really well that came with the printer. I'm on 3D Hubs and I rarely ever get jobs (once a month), but then again I am not located in a large city.

Re: M2 NinjaFlex Simplify3D Profile
I do not have the V4 hotend so I cannot comment on a V4 profile, but if anyone does optimize a profile for Ninjaflex let me know and I will host it on here.

Also check that your software parameters didn't change. I know that changing the extrusion multiplier will give you spiderwebs.

Re: Two corners bad, two corners ok
I used to have the same problem as you. I've had a ton of success with elmers glue double layering. I am a mechanical engineer and i always thought it was weird that the adhesion worked for one side and not the other. I even leveled the bed a couple times just to experiment. I let the first elmers g...

Re: Creating an Enclosure question
Define higher temp filaments? Coming from a person who has probably overheated his extruder motor more times than probably recommended by playing around with enclosure ventilation I would say that a huge priority. I have the ikea box everyone uses and modified it to stay open probably 12 degrees. I'...

Just adding this. Hydraulic Jack Oil also works. I am not sure it's weight but it is wonderful and lasts awhile.
