Today I printed the same GCode via the SD instead of over USB, and it worked. I'll continue to test - I've had success printing over USB in the past - but thanks for that advice.

As a museum professional, I can tell you that a lot of museums (and libraries and archives) are in with the Open Access movement, where we try to release everything we can with little or no rights restrictions.
