will regular primer paint work? ive seen people use acrylics on their prints? i wanna prime my prints and then paint them, i'm not sure what types of paints i should be using. i'm hoping someone has done this already and can share their knowledge. dying to paint some of the prints i have!

I have a few prints done and they're waiting to be primed and painted. My problem is, some of the pieces warped off the bed a little bit. when i stick my other pieces to those materials there are gaps left over. i need like...a putty or something to fill in these cracks, i can then smooth and sand i...

I'm asking since i'm sure some glues may destroy the ABS? if not i was just going to use super glu? any suggestions?

i have a large printed character which is in about 8 pieces and i need to glue him together so i can eventually paint him.

Have u tried purple glu stick? Has been working out nicely for abs and this material. Easy to clean up too.

just fyi, the print worked perfecly using the abs presets from RSilvers. thanks a ton guys. probably the best print i've gotten yet!

i'm doing a temperature of

245c
and 100 print bead. that sound ok to you guys? never printed with this stuff. abs was working dandy with these RSilver settings i have.

thanks for the info ed. i just looked at that website...beyond my capabilities i believe. so it sounds like...the only way i can avoid theses shifts is to have a properly secure extruder...which mine definitely is not. . . i've tried printing about 4 more from the links you guys provided and every s...
