Hi, When I print stl there is no infill between walls and as you can see o the photo it comes out as 2 separated walls when it has to be solid one. There is no any separation in STL and S3D when I open it there, also I print with 100% infill and still it comes out separated. It happened with me befo...

I'd start by increasing the Coasting Distance, then reducing Retraction Distance: change one thing at a time and measure the results!

Hello everyone. I didn't want to start a new thread. Can anybody tell me pls what causes this? I also included my settings. Print with ABS, 245 degrees, heated bed. 0.35 nozzle

I actually have the same issue with V3B too, I just installed a new nozzle and getting the same problem... I afraid it is Rambo, some problems with heating. Found out one pattern. If it heats up from room temperature it extrudes much more, can even let to print first layer and then gets stuck, but i...

will do it tonight when get home. I already disassembled it 2 days ago, was trying to switch V3B nozzle with nozzle from V4 :)

Have you popped the nozzle off the V4 yet and looked around? and most interested part is it didn't crack right away it did print 4 solid 5" by 6" layers first
