Re: USB or SD: How do you Print?
I tend to use USB for smaller prints (less than 3-4 hours) and SD for the larger things just so I don't have my laptop tied up with running the printer.
FoxSmart
Has anyone used any of the FoxSmart PLA? the price is awesome ($16 a Kg on Amazon) I just don't know about the quality. I have a spool on the way so I guess I'll find out the quality but thought I'd still ask here.

Re: Good deal on Calipers
The ones from harbor freight are ok but the quality of the iGaging are on a different level completely I wouldn't trade them for any other brand I've used.

Re: PLA in the threads of the V3 PEEK
Well I cleaned the threads and reapplied tape and so far (fingers crossed) it's working fine. I'm still confused on how it got PLA in the threads in the first place.

PLA in the threads of the V3 PEEK
Ok so somehow I have PLA in the threads of the PEEK insulator. I probably have over 500 hours so far on my new printer with little to no problems until today, I started my print and the PLA jammed after about 10 min of printing. I stopped my print and removed the jammed filament with the cold pull m...

ABS vs PET
I've been having pretty bad luck with warping of ABS and was wondering if PET would be fine to use on spare parts for the printer. Most of the things I plan on printing are models/figures so PLA is fine as my main filament but I need a workhorse filament for occasional things and spare parts. If PET...

Re: My enclosure
I'm curious about how the boxes are working out. I've been thinking about building an enclosure for my printer for venting reasons, I would have a exhaust fan with some vent pipe or pvc running out the window to remove fumes and didn't want to run into a over heating problem. Though the exhaust fan ...
