Where did you buy your PEI?
I tried Ultem from Mcmaster, but it would eventually pull the adhesive and start bowing. I used the 12" square 3M adhesive squares.

It took several tries/settings/print surfaces to get it not to warp. My favorite surface is glass + glue stick, but I just couldn't get the PC to stick so I had to use Ultem.

I was able to print a fairly large part with sharp corners with Gizmo Dorks clear PC filament. I'm using the v4 at around 285C and maxing out my heated bed at around 135C. I'm currently using the v4 and printing polycarb at 285degC. For printing ABS and PLA, I prefer the v4 over the v3b. I have yet to jam the v4 with anything, it's a much better design.
