Where did you buy your PEI?

I tried Ultem from Mcmaster, but it would eventually pull the adhesive and start bowing. I used the 12" square 3M adhesive squares.

It took several tries/settings/print surfaces to get it not to warp. My favorite surface is glass + glue stick, but I just couldn't get the PC to stick so I had to use Ultem.

However, I printed some smaller parts with less issues.

I was able to print a fairly large part with sharp corners with Gizmo Dorks clear PC filament. I'm using the v4 at around 285C and maxing out my heated bed at around 135C. I gave up on glass + glue stick after 3 attempts and put a sheet of ultem on the bed. This seemed to do the trick. I printed wit...

I'm currently using the v4 and printing polycarb at 285degC. For printing ABS and PLA, I prefer the v4 over the v3b. I have yet to jam the v4 with anything, it's a much better design. The v3b was good for about 1,000 hours then started to jam about once a week. I only have a couple hundred hours on ...
