I removed the PEEK insulator after cutting the filament. I can see where it has been cut off (at the top of the peek insulator). How should I go about getting rid of this clog?
(Edit) I fixed the problem and it is now working like a charm. Thank you all!

Re: Filament broke off below the extruder drive gear
There is a white plastic ring that sits above the PEEK insulator, which is pressed pretty tight against the extruder housing. I can't slip a knife in there without cutting at it, unfortunately.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Filament broke off below the extruder drive gear
Hello, I've the older M2 and haven't printed for a while. When I ran a print, I heard the extruder gear slipping against the side of the filament. I stopped the print and reversed the extruder drive to get the filament that I could out. However, moisture broke the filament below the drive gear, and ...

Re: Under extruding help
Hey,
Just a thought, how tight is your tension on the filament? I know my adjustment for the tension worked its way loose and that caused the printer to have a similar problem with under extruding filament.
Let me know if this is the case.

Re: Heated bed troubles
Hey,
No problem. It's the main power connector that connects the power supply to the RAMBO.

Re: Heated bed troubles
Hey, thanks for responding.
I checked out the wires going into the heating pad and those are good. The heated bed works if I wiggle the power connector that connects the rambo to the power supplies.
Again, thanks.

Heated bed troubles
Hi, I've not been using my 3-D printer much at all lately due to being busy with other things, but when I came back to run a project, I noticed that the bed wouldn't heat up. When I fired it up, everything works fine. The hot end heats up fine, but the bed does not. The M2 I have has the old (outdat...

Re: Extremely brittle parts
Hey, everyone.
Figured it out after looking at the Extrusion Multiplier. It was set precariously low for some reason - I set it back to .85 and have been printing happy since.
Thanks for the input everyone.

Extremely brittle parts
Hey everyone, Before I start, I want to say I am using S3D and Makergear Natural PLA, neither which have given me problems up to this point. I've been printing fine until my recent prints, I have been experiencing some phenomenon which has been proven greatly frustrating. Last night, I was printing ...

Re: Stepper Motor Question
I agree with Tim. The only motor that gets hot is my Z-axis motor for my M2 - it hasn't given out yet, but it gets extremely hot to the touch. The only motor that gets warm (but not hot) would be the extruder motor - but that's dependent on how long the job's been running for. None of the X/Y motors...
