Re: .75 Nozzle on V3b

Update, So using a .75 nozzle with a 1.0 extrusion with worked fine, I just had to slow things down a bit and up the nozzle temps to prevent extender skipping. The print quality didn't suffer at the 1.0 extrusion width and it made perfectly functional face shield frames with equal quality to the pri...

Re: Controller Board Upgrade Suggestions for a Dying RAMBo?

I would run a Bigtreetech SKR board these days, though i am running an MKS SBase on my m2 I have had a mks sbase runing smoothieware in mine almost since it was new .. the Rambo board was bad from day one and maker gear would not believe it was bad so I had to get my own board since Rambo's were exp...

Re: Could you tell me where this part goes?

looks like the plastic hinge has broken and probably why it fell off and was at the bottom of the box. those two pieces are supposed to be connected together so it hinges closed and snaps together... What it does is reduce the amount of unwanted noise from traversing over the usb cable. This noise i...

Re: Question: Directly attach pei to build plate?

unfortunate.... Though.... still might be workable, at least for me. I am using a a smoothie board clone with smoothiewear, and I can do mesh compensation on auto leveling/traming so it might still work fine even though its not flat. in fact, the i3 k2 does the same thing, it does a mesh compensatio...

Question: Directly attach pei to build plate?

I happened to have a chance to play with the new i3 mk2 and the thing that impressed me is that they attached the pei directly to the heater plate/pcb which made the bed heatup times super fast..(like same speed as the hotend) . so that got me to thinking... why cant we do similar on the m2. Has any...
