Quick Stepper motor questions
I have 2 quick questions about the stepper motors:
1. My X-axis motor is a little squeaky lately. Am I able to grease or oil it?
#2 I added dampeners to my x and y axis motors; am I able to add one to the extruder motor? Would that help at all?

Setting in S3D to raise/lower bed on startup?
I know I have read it before, but cannot for the life of me find it
I read you get the bed close to the nozzle, then use a setting in S3d to fine tune it
Which setting is that?

IDeas/Help designing Stone/brick veneer
Working on updating the posts on my porch. I was just going tio use wood or buy stone veneer from Lowes, when I realized, why not try to print it? Cheap/Free software to "thicken" dxf files
My daughter is 14 years old, and an amazing artist
I have taught here how to make dxf files from here sketches, etc, but then I have to thicken them for her to print (I use Solidworks)
Is there a free or cheap program I can get for her, that she could use to make here own 3d prints?
