Just to follow up. It turned out that I had a bad or a thermistor with incorrect value (measured 195kohm at 18deg C). Hi All, New to the M2 family. Just had my kit assembled a couple of weeks ago and printed perfectly on my first print. In case others are wondering, I got a clarification from Rick. At present, assembled units are shipped with V4 but kits are shipped with V3B.

This may be slightly off topic but are all new M2 being shipped with V4 hotends now?
