V4 hot end leaking?
As you can see in the attached picture, there is a blob of plastic leaking from the part between the nozzle and the heating block. Does this indicate a crack somewhere in the barrel? Thanks for any input.

Re: Tool alignment - how?
Sorry for replying to an old post, but I just upgraded to dual extruder and I am on the same page:) You can print the file mentioned on http://makergear.wikidot.com/dual and send M218 T1 Xn on the fly and observe the alignment when printing. However, my question is how to save this offset on the pri...

Re: How To: Correctly Set the Right Hand Nozzle Gap on the D
Thanks for the nice write up! So what do you think is the reason that hotter temperature brings the nozzle closer to the bed?

I looked into some old posts and noticed this is a known issue. The problem is solved now after I contacted customer support. Again, Makergear customer support is the best.

Re: HBP cable burnt off
Did you have your wires supported? The new M2 has a special bracket that prevents flexing of the wires. The older models we just zip-tie the wiring harness to one of the legs of the spider. I don't think so, it's not even zip-tied to the spider. The cable is wrapped by wire sleeve and the wire slee...

HBP cable burnt off
After a 7 hours ABS printing when the bed was set at 105C, the wire connected to HBP burnt off on my printer. I already ordered a replacement HBP, but I am wondering what could be the possible cause of this and how can I prevent this in the future? Does anyone here have similar experience? The print...

Re: eSUN ABS+ Filament
That's right, ABS+ won't fully dissolve in Acetone, but it glues fine. Another thing about the ABS+ - I tried making a slurry with it, and whatever they blend with the ABS doesn't dissolve in acetone. Even after a couple weeks in the bottle, the mix still had a lot of solids in it - not at all like ...

Re: Favorite Print Surface?
I just broke my Zebra plate with some thin and tall ABS+ prints. The bonding is too well and when removing the model, it broke off the surface of Zebra plate. I also think the thickness of the plate is not uniform, which caused an uneven build surface. That means for a large model, some part will be...
