If you loosen the mounting screws you should be able to rotate it so it aligns with the hole.

I just heat the nozzle to operating temperature and wipe it with a folded paper towel.

I found my bed was always high in the middle and it turns out it was a bent X axis frame, low in the middle by 0.1mm.
I bought round shims from McMaster Carr and put them under the rail which fixed the issue.

That is a rev D machine so you will have to adjust the bolt that hits the Z stop micro switch on the left side of the bed.

I started on Rhino and switched to Solidworks. I found Solidworks much easier to use with many more features. The only bad thing is the cost difference is huge. I taught myself how to use Solidworks through the use of youtube. As you come across feature names and ask yourself whats that do?? just ty...

When you get the wave on the first layer it means your starting height is too close. Try increasing the starting height until the wave goes away, I will let you guess how I know this.
