From more observations, it seems it only does it when it's doing infill and the quicker sections of the perimeter. Doesn't seem to do it on the outer perimeter when it's going slower.

Hi guys, Only recently has this started but I'm getting this strange noise from what I think is coming from the X Axis. And also sometimes when the print starts the print bed seems to "get stuck" and not rise up. Any and all help would be great as I'm loving the quality this machine is printing at! ...

I haven't really looked into the reduce layer speed based on print time, but the setting which it is set to at the moment is lower than 15 secs and reduce upto 20% and no that small part was a failed attempt at printing a little robot I found on thingiverse that had built in joints...until his head ...

This is the one that I made from a few designs that I found. One design I found blew the air to far behind where it was being extruded and this one blows closer and around the sides. I've seen much improvement since using this one.
