I've retracted (cut it off) and then extruded a couple of times - but it's still curling up. I think I'll contact support, I'm getting a wee bit frustrated at this point..!

I finally found it, and I adjusted the Z stop to where it should be.
Of course - now I have to deal with what appears to be a clogged nozzle....

Okay, my response disappeared - I'll try again.
Here are the pictures I just took. To be clear, I'm looking for whatever knob/screw/whatever it is I need to turn in order to set the highest point the bed will go.

I just received a Makergear yesterday. I'm not entirely new to 3D printing, but I immediately had a problem with the first test. The bed was far too close to the nozzle - and immediately clogged it.
