Re: Tool Offset M218
Thank you. My offset was off a bit after changing nozzles, say by 0.3 mm so there was a gap in my test prints. I thought there was a way to store the offset in the eeprom with gcode, but support said it is hard coded in the configuration.h file and to change it there or in the slicer.

Tool Offset M218
Hello,
I am recalibrating my dual M2 and I am running into a problem. I can update the tool offset via gcode, but it does not persist. Is this something that can be written to the rambo and persist through power cycles, or is it intended for a starting script?
Thanks,
Jerold

Firmware Origin Dual
Hello, I checked my printer firmware origin today to see if 0,0,0 is in a printable area of the bed. I used the following G-Code G28 G1 X0 Y0 Z0 F3000 The results shows the print head off the bed and in the corner of the clip area. I suspect this is due to the roughly 31.1 x offset for a dual extrud...

Re: Simplify3D M2 Dual - Single Extruder Issue
If this is not something that the user can fix in the settings, does this mean that Makergear accepts this representation of a Dual M2? Wondering why it hasn't been addressed. Dual Extruder M2 machines are not a new product.

Simplify3D M2 Dual - Single Extruder Issue
Good Morning!, I am still chugging along with my M2 and was wondering if there is a solution to an issue I am having. I have a dual extruder on my printer that puts the left extruder off center when compared to an M2 Single. I usually print with the left extruder when printing one color. Simplify3D ...

Re: S3D Slicing Issue
Checked for errors and did not find any. Not seeing the thin wall settings in settings in Advanced except for only use perimeters for thin walls. I tried that and it did not help. Just did an update check on my computer and realized it is using an outdated S3D. Downloading now. Screen Shot 2018-08-1...

S3D Slicing Issue
I pulled up an old stl I created from OpenSCAD and when I am slicing it in the latest Mac version, the output shows perimeters missing. The results are not right and I am not sure what is going on. Would someone mind taking a look a the STL?. It slices fine in Slic3r, just not in S3D. Screen Shot 20...
