Thanks for all of the suggestions. The washers are tight. I switched filament and the issue went away. I switched back and the issue came back. Seems weird that it could be filament related.
I'd appreciate thoughts on an annoying rattle or buzzing I'm hearing. It comes and goes with little rhyme or reason that I can ID. I've replaced the fans, so have eliminated them as a source.
