Yes, you can remove runtatlin.sh from the postprocess setting. I'll update the config when I have time, it's a bit dated but tatlin was a workaround for older versions of Slic3r's lack of visualization.

I'm getting skips/slips on the X axis only, and only for moves. I've tried slowing down moves from 300mm/s to 200mm/s, without success. I'd say you need to tune your retraction settings before printing something big like that. I've not primarily printed objects like that, but have tried to collect some decent generic settings. Work with something small with lots of retraction until you get it nicely tuned, like this pyramid: http://...
