Re: Bed Not Heating M2 Rev. E

For anyone who stumbles on this thread in the future, replacing the MOSFET was cheap and easy and worked great, $0.92 vs $170 new RAMBo. Mouser part: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/nexperia/psmn7r0-60ys115/?qs=O%2F7ihdSJpeaTQbWGBVjWjg%3D%3D&countrycode=US¤cycode=USD Would you mind shari...

Re: Spider is a lot higher on one side

Took small level and check various parts of the printer. Top X platform is not square to the rest of the frame, that's the reason for this...
Going to see if I can shim Spider ...

Z axis drops after spider upgrade

I'm have yet another issue with my Rev D to 4 point spider upgrade. It doesn't look like Z motor has enough torque to hold new heavier table. Especially if I use MIC6 plate. With plate it drops like a rock as soon as I go high enough. But even without MIC6 it stays up for few minutes and then drops ...

Spider is a lot higher on one side

Hi, I just installed 4 point spider upgrade on my M2 Rev D. I immediately noticed something very wrong when leveling bed. So I took of HBP completey and checked height of new spider from the top of the frame. It's about 5 mm lower on right side :( I removed it from bearing, reinstalled but it's stil...

Hi guys, I have M2 Rev. D with silver Z motor. I wanted to upgrade to black one with finer pitch leadscrew... Why not update FW for M2 printers?

I love MakerGear and printers, but you guys dropped the ball on Firmware updates for M2. Problem 1. Firmware doesn't work with latest Arduino IDE and version 1.5.5 needed. The "fix" for this can be implemented in less than 15 minutes by replacing variable types. I've done it and was able to update F...

Re: Reprinting Filament Drive. What material should I use?

Thanks! :)
Just printed mine out of white PETG, drilled out hole with 2 mm drill bit and it seems to work great so far. Ninjaflex no longer jamming so I'm happy.
I'm ordering some ePC so will probably reprint it later. Thanks for the link to hinged version, I'll check it out!
