Typically, collisions happen if the FFF settings are set improperly. This can sometimes happen by accident sometimes. Mike,
That could be curling.
You could try lowering your print temp a little. 5°-10°.
Try it and see if it helps.

Just wanted to confirm. You are correct. The fan is an exhaust fan.

Adjusting belt tension is pretty easy.
Loosen the mounting screws on the X/Y motor.
Pull the motor tight, retighten the screws.

It may be that there is an issue with the Sd card in the PI.
I suggest, first, you try a factor default reset.
Hold the reset button (just to the left of the front USB port)
for at least 60 seconds. This should put the PI back in AP mode.

Doron, Assuming that you cannot find any thing loose, its most likely a bearing rattling. With use they can occasionally get loose. If it is not effecting your prints, I would just ignore it. The other option is to replace the carriage. Again, if your prints aren't failing, I would just continue to ...
