Frank, Currently there isn't a specific hot routine for PETG. Your best bet is probably to do the cold calibrations. I find, when using the feeler gauge, that "slight resistance" is a little too subjective. I prefer to say definite resistance. It should'n't be so close that the hotend pinches or dra...

The LCD enclosure files that we have are for stand alone only. We have no designs for mounting it to the printer.

Typically, collisions happen if the FFF settings are set improperly. This can sometimes happen by accident sometimes. That could be curling.
You could try lowering your print temp a little. 5°-10°.
Try it and see if it helps.

Just wanted to confirm. You are correct. The fan is an exhaust fan.
