Wow,That PETG can really stick to the build surface. I have destroyed a PEI surface by starting too close to it.

Yes definitely fixed it with a new extruder mount.
I was printing in an enclosure without any windows, so, I just didn't notice the extruder motor swinging side to side.

Thanks, I'll give a go that way, I was thinking maybe standing up with the cable outlet holes on the build plate, but that might be a little ambitious.

Ed, at first I thought no that couldn't be the cause. But thinking more about what is different from when I was getting good prints until now, maybe it is. I also have a new stock of filament. I did some quick measurements and found that the diameter varies quite a bit, from 1.70mm to 1.80mm I guess...

What would cause the weird looking wobble in the bottom right corner of the print.
