Re: Delivery time for a new M2 ?

No, I'm not affiliated with no one. I'm an independent manufacturer with most web sales.
Like I said, wait and you'll be glad you did like me.

Re: Patent Pending

Mask was used for the dots, USA made $30 Paasche H series air brush with a 3 tip. These are rock solid siphon fed air brushes that can hold a lot of paint for production uses. Some of my Paasches are over 10 years old with the original parts, spraying gallons of paint. Lure tape is USA, lure eye, an...

Re: Patent Pending

I'd be lying, if I didn't say how envious of the art work seen on this board that blows my skills away. My art is devoted making fishing tackle that's provided me a living for the past 32 years. The below photo would NEVER have happened, if I wasn't able to rapid prototype several versions of a spoo...

Re: Delivery time for a new M2 ?

Email makergear.com directly. Whatever the wait is, it's worth it. Waiting means this machine is in demand. Demand is created by it's reputation of the absolute best 3D printer under 2k. To exceed the performance and longevity of the M2, you'll be hitting the hip for a couple of grand higher, maybe ...

Re: Buying the M2: Help me start out right

Need to add anything that broke on my M2 was probably operator error, in the case of the cracked extruder motor mount. Did not pay close enough attention to the print area and the nozzle hit the clips that hold the glass to the build bed. There is no room for error, every square inch of the build be...

Re: Buying the M2: Help me start out right

It's a big decision spending close 2k on a printer, completely understandable. I was in a dilemma after purchasing a junky $700 machine that arrived broken without the shipping box showing signs of harsh treatment. Sent this machine back, it just looked cheap. Reviews on Amazon pointed me to the M2....

Re: having a LOT of trouble with ABS printing

Printed out over 2000 parts in ABS in several colors for many manufacturers. Some ABS is junk and hard to print with. Filamex blue glow and Makergear black ABS is the best so far. Bed temp? seen no difference between 100 and 110. Extruder temp 240 to 245 for the v3b. 1st layer speed at 50% to 60% 1s...

1st test run of my new injection molded spoons: SB_Clear_test_shot.jpg My printing efforts are at manufacturing and prototyping with my M2. Numbers on the spoon designate which side of the 2 cavity molds the parts came out of. Pic is outstandingly clear polycarb Lexan™ from the 1st 20 parts that wer...

Re: ABS printing surface

Can help you with the way to pm members, just click on their name, new page opens with a cleared marked link to send personal messages. Stock glass build bed at 110C and hair spray work for me and I print a lot of ABS, but my models have a large footprint and are not very tall. While my help on the ...
