Re: Printing with eSun flexible

Am I correct in assuming that if I use a good adhesive that having a perfectly clean bed isnt as critical? will hairspray release once the bed is cold or do you have to fight the parts off?

Re: Printing with eSun flexible

it looks like my assumption that the tension on the extruder had to be higher to grip the flexible stuff was a big part of the problem here, I backed it off entirely and it feeds well at SLOW speeds. I had already had it at 30mm/sec but dropped it to 25 to see if that would improve it, I settled bac...

Re: Printing with eSun flexible

This stuff is brutal to use. I managed to get it to print the calibration box, albeit not that great. I have a freshly cleaned hot end, should I just dedicate that for flex and be done with it?? EDIT: right after I asked ho...

Printing with eSun flexible

the printing temps for this are listed as the same for their PLA so I tried using my PLA temps and it just wont stop binding in my extruder. I've tried going all the way up to 250C and pushing it through by hand but it has a TON of resistance. when I first warm it up it goes through eagerly and then...
