Need help with small part (bridging/supports)

I have to make a small part for a client; it overhangs at one point towards top by .117" (2.97mm) The part is so small that supports don't seem to want to work

I am using Petg; the rest of the part prints perfect

Any ideas? Am I able to upload a part and have anyone look at it?

Cool, could you share your settings? What are your ooze control settings?

Care to send me your simplify3d profile?

Maker Geeks PETG is very, very good. I have used eSun Petg which worked ok, but Maker Geeks IMHO is much better!

Re: V4 .5mm and .75 mm nozzles

Using smart print profiles tends to be the biggest speed factor. If I need a print fast I would use the following settings. .35mm nozzle .3mm layer height .6mm layer width single shell/perimeter 0-35% Rectilinear infill (Optimized for the part) How about for a .5mm nozzle? Or a .5mm nozzle with PET...

Re: V4 .5mm and .75 mm nozzles

Ok, good advice.

I am guessing the v3b .5mm nozzle wont work for the v4?

Re: V4 .5mm and .75 mm nozzles

That is what I thought; thanks guys, love you and this community!!

Just a side question: would you guys buy a nozzle and change when needed; or am I better off have separate complete hot ends so I don't screw anything up?
