inside perimeter first, lower layer heights and wider extrusion widths are key to doing overhangs. in s3d use the cross section tool in the x or y and slice the model. in the overhang look at the extrusions. as it steps over the extrusion needs to print on the one below it by 50% or so. if it does n...

yeah I just ordered a bunch from will. he also sells on amazon but I order direct on his site. his stock is split between amazon and his regular business so amazon may just be out because he hasn't shipped any there to keep it for his website customers. your better off just ordering it from his webs...

thanks!

only change i ever made to these was to that brown trim ring around the end of the abs pipe. that now has a 1/2" mesh grid that covers the end of the pipe to keep leaves from getting in the pipe during the fall and winter months here.

well they are still uplighting the trees down my driveway. havent had to mess with them at all...so i guess pretty darn good.

it should come on at whatever layer you have it set to come on in your slicing software. do you have it set to come on a x layer and it fails to do so?
