Yeah they are soo stupid. No mask and they walk right next to you.. not sure if people don't know how long of a distance 6ft is, or they are all just stupid.. No wonder we are #1... :x

Differences in printed size can also be attributed to the nozzle size, model size and slicers ability. The larger the nozzle and the smaller the part it is printing the more you have issues.. Anyone ever run into threaded rod that is not really threaded? Home Depot sold this.. really put the FIRST robotics team I mentor with up against the wall. At this point to rule out anything other than the USB connection I would run a bunch of prints from the SD card.

Print this and measure the height of the walls should be no more than 3mm and no less than 2.98
2 walls at .4 EW 3mm tall.stl

I always run my calibration models and measure filament with new spools or hotend/nozzle change.
