V4 Heat Creep - Melted Plastic Above Hot End

I just upgraded to the V4 and am getting melted plastic between the filament drive and hot end during prints. This is with PLA at 200º. Do I have something set up wrong?

For what its worth, after getting the isolating rubber stepper motor mounts insta is talking about, all I really hear is the fan noise. It'd be like having a PC case with loud fans.
