There are sample profiles and scripts for the dual extruder in the section for Dual extruders, but they are configured to work with S3D. Take a look at the preview....i think I limited it to one outline because some of the little circular areas worked better with it - but otherwise those are good settings and setting the manual support is a must. (S3D really overdoes it on that file.)

Are you trying to heat the extruders up using the jog controls? You have to specify which extruder you want to heat up, either extruder 0 (the primary) or extruder 1 in the little drop down in the Control Panel. If you are using just the S3D settings, make sure you have the correct extruder specifie...
