The settings are all stock for extrusion. What location can i find that number? To level the bed i folded a paper in two and used it to make sure it was snug but polled out from under the extruder. I do this on all corners to make sure it is the same.

Printing chunks and thin areas
My printer is starting to print thin areas that do not have much PLA and areas that are chunky. Please see pics. Any thoughts as to what could be happening? I am printing in PLA at 210.

So pin 13 works but I assume since it is attached to the light it will come on and off a lot. Is there another pin on the pwm ext that is not being used by the m2 and can be switch on and off? So if we cant find a 12v switched pin that is not used. I think i can get a 5v one to work. I just need to find an unused 5v pin that i can control.

Any headers other than the MOSFET connections should give you 5V at full scale. You do not want to use anything other than 255 and 0. If I were you, I would pick out the pin I want and make sure I could control it through gcode first. Here is a table of the pins you need: http://reprap.org/wiki/Ram...

Yes. M42 P[pin] S[value]. I use it to turn my lights on and off and dim them. The firmware won't allow you to control certain pins if they're listed as being used by some important function so you may have to modify it. First, figure out which pin you want to control... So I tried using pronterface...
