Now that you mention it, I think that after I lowered the infill width from %140 to %100, is when I noticed layers looking like that.
I'm not even sure why I lowered it. I'll definitely give that increase a shot and if I'm still having jamming issues, I'll lower my speed.
Thanks!

Ugly layers and Jamming
I've noticed on a lot of the prints I've been running lately, the layers are going down pretty ugly even when the first layer goes down perfectly. I've also been having frequent jams. I'm wondering if they are related. My extrusion is calibrated right on. I'm running: Esun PETG Natural on the V4 PTF...

Re: intake manifold
Awesome work with the texture! I have seen other builders using "Feather Fill" polyester primer with great results. What did you use? Are the rattle can filler primers comparable to the polyester stuff?

Re: Need to remove belt
Thanks Dale! Yeah, it wasn't much trouble, the way I did it.
I have a set of skinfold measuring calipers, they measure distance at a certain amount of tension. I thought that if I did take the belt off, I would check the tension with those calipers and then re-set it to the same tension.

Re: Need to remove belt
I pulled the plastic out with pliers. I didn't need to remove the belt.

Need to remove belt
As my print was running, I looked over to check on it and saw that it had shifted in the Y-axis. I immediately looked at the stepper motor and saw plastic wrapped around the gear. It was the strand that I extruded when starting the filament in. I've never taken these belts off before, what's the bes...

Burnt PETG
Any ideas on what would cause this burnt mound of PETG to occur on the last few layers of the print?

Re: abs does not stick on bed (also with abs juice)
It's hard to tell, but maybe your nozzle is too close to the bed and you need to reset you Z-height.
