I printed filament drives for my M2 dual using clear ePC and never had any issue with them. PETG is pretty sticky in sliding contact. It might not be a good choice for the filament drives.

Yes, the printer is enclosed, but not temperature controlled. It's been running around 50C on the inside.

The best build surface I've found for Ninjaflex is Garolite LE - linen-based phenolic sheet - which also works well for nylons.

Thanks! I will have to experiment, but my assumption was that the scaling settings you show are associated with the model, and not the process. That's not how I work. I come up with scaling for the process using the Calibration Cross and apply that to whatever model I am printing with that process....
