Current leadtime on new/used/refurb M2s? REV D or E better?

What is the current leadtime on machines? Any instock used/refurbs and at what Revision level?

Worth getting an older Rev. D or the extra money for the Rev. E worth it?

Dual INDEPENDENT extruders...

Is it possible to modify the M2 for dual independent extruders? This could enable double output from each machine on multiple part prints.

Enclosure for the M2? Retain heat and contain smell...

What is a good enclosure for the M2? Needs to retain heat (for high temperature filaments and also contain the filament melting smell/airborne particles).

Industrial perceptions of 3dprinted end use parts?

Curious what others are experiencing in regards to their customers view of 3dprinting. Are companies now accepting 3dprinted parts as replacements to the standard machined versions? Are machinists beginning to offer 3dprinted end use parts over the machined versions? Is anybody here 3dprinting parts...
