oh...a lock nut may crack the part when you try to tighten it. lock nut is not needed on the tensioner.

that is the tensioning screw and it should be loose for pla (at least 1mm gap). 215c to 225c should be fine. which makergear pla are you using?

We really only recommend the kit for people who really, really want to put their machine together. For those individuals it is typically a fun, straight-forward process. When people buy kits to get the cost down, that can go south pretty quickly... Personally, I do not use an LCD controller and pref...

To clarify, this is unrelated to S3D. We will continue to offer S3D and will probably put together a package including S3D. I am looking for software to include when people elect not to purchase S3D or don't want it from the get-go. But without causing a spike in support requests...
