Broken Wire to Heated Bed

OK, I will soon see how tech support handles the broken wire to the heated bed. This wire is under a lot of shake and stress from the way the bed moves and after seeing how it was put together, I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. I do see the need for a wire tie next to or thereabouts where t...

Redrawn filament drive with filament guide, beefed up outer screw holes, adjusted gap spacing, and increased coning on lower filament hole, for v3b and E3D hot ends: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:267137 Which file should I use for the new hot end, purchased my M2 in April 2014? Re: Using ABS

ABS was grief for the long thin parts I was making. Warping and builds detaching for the bed caused me to give up on ABS. Default in S3D for ABS with the new hot end was 110 bed temp, stepped this up to 120 and run the extruder at 245. Now ABS prints as good as PLA and from pull tests, at breaking p...

Re: Printing directly from the SD card

So, then you can only make one model at a time ...right?
And the ability to place supports will be lost ...correct?

Printing directly from the SD card

If you save a factory file to the SD card, will the rambo box read it and print it with the same settings in the factory file?

Re: Bed and Hot-end not heating.

Long ways from an expert, check wiring was first thought, but that does not
explain the bed not getting heat to it.

What software are you using to operate the printer?

Don't quote me on this, my M2 purchased last April, "I think" is 24 volts.

Re: Brands of filament used successfully in your M2

Makergear filament, both pla and abs go thru the guide tube the easiest. Guess this is the true test if your filament is really round. I admire any company that makes their products here, not in Chinaville. Used other brands/colors Makergear does not stock, sent one brand back to Amazon because it w...
