Re: X and Y timing belt tension

Adjusting belt tension is pretty easy.
Loosen the mounting screws on the X/Y motor.
Pull the motor tight, retighten the screws.

Re: Can't connect to wifi M3ID - red light on rpi

It may be that there is an issue with the Sd card in the PI.
I suggest, first, you try a factor default reset.
Hold the reset button (just to the left of the front USB port)
for at least 60 seconds. This should put the PI back in AP mode.

Re: X-axis rattle

Doron, Assuming that you cannot find any thing loose, its most likely a bearing rattling. With use they can occasionally get loose. If it is not effecting your prints, I would just ignore it. The other option is to replace the carriage. Again, if your prints aren't failing, I would just continue to ...

Re: Need Flexible Filament advice

Printing flexibles requires a little bit of a different setup.
You are going to want to switch to a .50 nozzle.
Suspend the filament above the printer and "Gravity feed"
Slow down to about 600 mm/min.

Re: Octoprint Upgrade Issue

We are sorry if you felt brushed off. This was not our intent. Just for the sake of clarification. We try to thoroughly vet releases internally before releasing them to the public. Re: Help! Printer will not fully power on!

Rhagnarok- I did a search with your email address and no tickets were open. Did you use a different email than the one for the forum? We certainly do not ever want our customers to have to wait that long for a response. Having said that, sometimes our responses get sent to spam and occasionally they...

Re: Restarting M2; Electronic Board Flash?

When you buy a RAMBo board from us here at MakerGear, it will have the M2 Rev.E firmware already installed.
If you do not have a Rev.E, or are unsure which firmware is correct for your configuration, you can use our
Firmware selector. Give it a try at firmware.makergear.com.

Re: M3-ID Rev. 1

We are currently working on an upgrade path for adding a probe to the M3-ID
(Rev 0 to Rev 1). I suggest contacting karen@makergear.com sometime in August.

Karen can also answer any questions you have about the enslosure.
