The newer drive gears with the smaller teeth (better for flex filaments i think), tend to get clogged up with little shreds of filament. Cleaning the teeth out with a little brush (they might have included one with the newer machines) is supposed to help with that. The gear may just be slipping agai...

Could be a corrupted file if it only happens on a specific file. If it happens on more than one file....after a while those little SD cards can get dodgy. Try a new one.

I don't know of anyone who has been able to make a water-tight 3D printed object without using some kind of sealer on it.
Some epoxies would work, or the guys like XTC-3D.

The "center" on dual extruders appears to be off by 25 mm in S3D due to the way that S3D treats it's nozzles. It assumes the right nozzle is the primary. With the M2, it is the left nozzle.
