Have you tried printing via USB? (just as a diagnostic)

I would make sure that your bed is level as possible. The taller your print is, the more crucial bed level is.

Try running a M106 S255 and see if the fan comes on.

Just want to add some clarification. Although I do modify firmware, I cannot take credit for writing it. (not that good yet) The VIKI 1 is, technically, not supported for Dual extruder models. That's right. Assign each model it's own process and assign each process to the appropriate extruder only.
