Re: Vertical radius inconsistency
Haven't tried this kind of print before, but I would think a larger extrusion width would handle overhangs better, since it moves the center of the extrusion path more over the previous layer. Thinner layers with the same extrusion width would probably help too.

Re: How to restart an incomplete print
The standard M2 starting script is still going to crash the part into the gantry, though. And it's still likely impossible to do this at all if you don't have a RevE machine.

Re: eSun PETG out on Amazon
Look for inland petg from microcenter or Amazon. It's private labeled eSun. Are all inland branded filaments actually esun? I periodically run into shortages on esun PLA s well. The inland stuff comes in the exact same flavors and recommended temps as eSun. I'd be pretty surprised if it wasn't the ...

Re: How to restart an incomplete print
Given that the bed was all the way down, you've probably lost your motor positions, so you'll need to re home the steppers. That's probably not going to happen if you don't have Rev E machine that homes to the bottom. If you do, I'm willing to edit your full gcode file down to the bit you need to pr...

Re: Extruder motor Base - broken
That looks like a fatigue failure, though it's hard to say without a high-res closeup of either side of the shaft. Given that it's on the output of the stepper and input of the gearbox, it'd have to be something wrong with that interface, not something you did jamming the stepper. It'd have to be a ...

Re: Extruder Insulation?
Does anyone know where to get this (Expandable Rubber Coated Fiberglass Insulation) or some alternative in Europe ? I would order it from Makergear if shipping was not 50 bucks so I'm looking for other sources. Thanks in advance, Alex You're looking for your local equivalent to Grainger or McMaster...

Re: z axis homing problem
I'm betting you have the Z-axis limit switch plugged in backwards. Double check that the wire colors match what's silk screened on the board. A limit switch plugged in backwards ends up shorting 5V to ground and instantly killing most of the stuff on the board or completely rebooting the board.

Re: Calibration Cube Issue - S3D
I think you have a backlash problem. The biggest symptom would be not round cylinders as seen here. . If you can make a model with a cylinder that's a little more than two extrusion widths in wall thickness, s3d will print it with two circles in opposite directions, like in that thread. If there isn...
