Lots of skulls!

So a while ago I posted a photo of my first print with the Black Esun PETG and it looked like a giant messy blob. This is what it turned out to be (the Sabretooth Skulls).

Re: Filaflex vs ninjaflex

It sounds intimidating, but after I did it once, I was like "man, that was easy!"

Re: esun petg

I've been having a rough time with my PETG prints, stopping extrusion or jamming... Even before a print, if I tell the machine to extrude manually, I can start the filament in, but then it will just stop; as if there is a tension problem (maybe too much, maybe not enough). Re: Filaflex vs ninjaflex

My preferred process for cleaning the V4 is to remove the nozzle while cold (which tends to separate the plastic from the nozzle, leaving a bunch of dirty crap on the filament itself), purge the filament through in a big fat rope (since there's no nozzle anymore), and fry the nozzle with a blowtorc...

Re: Filaflex vs ninjaflex

Re: Loki Headpiece

Thanks! And yes, it is Jim. It's Rustoleum brand, 2x coverage kind. I really like it.

Loki Headpiece

This is a Loki headpiece commission that I did. It's not completely finished here, I'm sending it to the client for the finishing details.
She's wearing it to San Diego Comic Con. :)
All printed in Esun Natural PETG.

Re: simplify3d v3.0

This is exciting! Especially the select a surface to place on the bed. I've spent too much time trying to place things that were cut at weird angles to be completely flat.
