Reflashing doesn't clear the firmware. What's the output of an M503 command?

Lower your extrusion multiplier by 0.02, and align the seam.

You *may* have blown a MOSFET, but it's more likely you blew one of the little beige fuses near the power inputs.

If your LCD isn't working, swap cables A & B.
