Wire/Power connector broken, any thing I can do?

OK, so I purchased a new nozzle; changed out with no issues. Noticed on my first test print, filament was leaking from the top of the nozzle, from between the barrel. Guess I didnt tighten it enough, no big deal. So I go to disconnect the hot end from the machine and boom, power connector disconnect...

New Nozzle Settings

I purchase a .5mm Nozzle to replace my .35mm nozzle

Other than changing the nozzle dia in simplify 3d, are there any other settings I should adjust for the larger nozzle output?

Also, what is a decent layer height, that combines looking ok with faster print time speeds?

Thanks!

Re: Filament tangling on spool?

This community truly rocks!

I tried unspooling like the video said, and seems to have worked great!

Also started using binder clips on all my rolls!

No tangles yet; think I am going to try to new spool thing Jules recommended as well!

Thanks again for all the help, huge saver for me!

Lowering acceleration/Better looking corners>?

I need to make a bunch of parts fast; got mine working pretty good a 100mm/s with PLA But I noticed at the corners, they look a little rough I remember reading about tuning acceleration to help this, but for the life of me cannot find the thread! I am using Simplify3d; how can I keep the speed high ...

Re: Print Settings for PETG: eSUN Solid Black Filament

I plan on getting a larger nozzle (.5 probably) Will this be ok for PEtg?

Also, I saw some of you talking about .6 nozzles; where do you get those?

Re: Filament tangling on spool?

I would agree that it was my fault, but I never even took the white off; it was the first spool i put on, git a few prints, set it up over night and came down to a tangled spool; actually same thing happened to my green spool (generic brand) tangled on 2nd or third print, before I took it off! I wil...
