I love UPS (not the shipper). Uninterruptable power supply.
I have one on every computer and certainly my 3D printer. My 3D printer can print for three hours off the grid. After that I'm toast, but it sure helps out with small power outages.

Re: Oh For Heaven's Sake!
So, if the USB communication is an unlikely candidate, what happened to Jules's print? Any of the firmware experts able to confirm that: SENT: M105 WARNING: Firmware unresponsive. Attempting to force continue... is not a catch all error message and really means a communication error? Maybe the firmw...

Re: I am seriously wanting to purchase the MakerGear M2
Points that have the Makergear M2 on my purchase list: Open source on pretty much everything. Great user community. Reported great support from the company (I haven't used this yet so I can't comment). Company seems to listen and take an active part in the user community. Upgrades to the machine as ...

Re: Does anybody want to sell your Makergear M2?
I would be interested in buying a non-functional M2. I'm looking for the mechanical setup. The more functional it is the better price you could get. Things I don't need to work are the power supply, electronics, hot end, stepper motors, cables. Would like the mechanical parts to be in good shape. 3D...

Re: High temp extruder?
What is the highest temperature that can be used with the V4 with PTFE liner?
I have some material that likes 265 to 275 degrees C. Can I get a V4 with the liner and replace the liner with a spacer material and get higher temperatures that way?

Re: 420 bake it
Yes. This confirms my decision to wait for the all metal V4. I guess I'll check back in a few months.
Thanks for the info.

This is really good news. How long did you have it there?
