What's your success rate with ABS?

I think I've got it.

So, if i"m printing at 0.2mm layer height, I could squish first layer to 0.15mm, and all other layers will be at 0.2 mm, and total model height will be 0.05mm short.

Correct?

Does Z-offset setting affect every layer, or only the first layer?

Zebra Plate:

1) Good settings for ABS?
2) Mount on top of glass plate, or don't use glass plate?
