I dunno, I'm happy to accept the health risks of acetone, but messing about with Weld On is a different story. It's probably some devil's brew of solvents that are probably none too good for you. How is PETG to sand in comparison to ABS? Are there any solvents for it that smooth the surface a la acetone:ABS? They sand i a similar way. PETG may gum up the sandpaper a little bit more, but not dramatically. I have used "weld on 4" acrylic cement for bonding parts, but haven't tried it for any ...

I was having quite a bit of trouble with PETG and jamming and finally narrowed down my problem.

Now that I changed from one fan to two, I'm printing with no problems. :)
