As promised, the first thing I made with my replacement nozzle was a display for the one that blew it's tip & went from .35 to 3.0. I thought a trophy seemed appropriate.

Had that happen too, now I'm using Kapton tape with hairspray. (I rarely have to reapply the hairspray.) If I wait for it to cool, ABS usually slides right off; I don't even have to scrape. Another vote here for Fusion 360 -- it's not perfect, but works pretty well. FreeCAD isn't the most user-friendly thing out there, but it's got some aspects to it I like too.
