Don't have M3 but it uses Rambo 1.3 board which has LCD support. Its probably not enabled in the firmware. Makergear officially doesn't support it but it might work. You will need to enable LCD support on the firmware and upload it to m3. This is the line you need to uncomment: I pulled this from M2...

So an interesting update. I went ahead and said fuck it and just completely look apart the motor since I planned on replacing it anyway so I can see if there is some obvious failure and I have never taken apart a stepper before. After looking inside if it and seeing how it's made, it looked so simp...

Got it fixed. solution is to do M501 followed by M500 to refresh eprom
