Put it back together, heat it to 180C, put some PLA in the nozzle until it stops, poke the remainder of the drill bit (or another 0.35mm bit) into the nozzle, then leave it and let the nozzle cool to about 100C and pull. This should entomb the broken part of the drill bit. Keep doing this until the...

Maybe the hot end isn't up to the right temperature, did you ensure that the thermistor is fully seated in the hot end assembly? have you tried reducing the tension on the filament. if the tension is too high you can squish it out of round causing it to get stuck or feed hard. this is especially true if the filament dia is on the large side. is this makergear filament? does it do the same thing with other filaments as well? ...
